Peak 9- Road with No Name – Military Road (Tirabad to Trecastle Road)
The road with no name….
Open for the public all year round unless there are Army exercise (otherwise our riders will need to take a detour). It really is a riders delight, smooth tarmac, numerous blind turns and blind summits, with passing areas.

Peak 7- Pennau Hill (Segment: Uper Chapel Climb)
Distance: 7.96km; Elevation Gain: 181m

Peak 6- LLangynidr Mountain
Distance 5.86km; Elevation Gain 399m;
Average Gradient 7%;
After a good nights rest, our riders will warm up the legs again by heading-up LLangyndir Mountain. Our riders wont quite reach the summit but close to the summit they will turn left and head down the fabulous descent into Llangattock.
Peak 5- Trefechan to Ponsticilli Reservoir Climb
Distance: 11.63km ; Elevation Gain: 203m
Average Gradient 2%
Trefechan to Pontsticilli Reservoir Climb will be the final climb of the day for our riders before they head back for some well deserved rest at the Hard As Nails Headquarters in Talybont On Usk.
Peak 4- The Tumble
Distance: 4.06km ; Elevation Gain: 347m
Average Gradient 9%
At over 4km in length and with a long steady 10 percent gradient, The Tumble is one of the most famous and highly anticipated climbs in South Wales.
Peak 3- Rhiwr Road (Llanelly Hill)
Distance 1.66km; Elevation Gain 211m;
Average Gradient 13%
Rhiwr Road makes the famous Tumble climb look like child’s play. It starts very steep indeed with a maximum gradient of 27.8%!
Peak 2 – Llangattock Mountain
Distance: 6.11km ; Elevation Gain: 401 m
Average Gradient 6.5 %
Before actually reaching the top of Llangynidr Mountain, riders will turn left and descend into Llangattock. The climb from Llangattock has significant stretches in excess of 10%.
